Today I have got an incredibly delicious, aromatic Ketogenic recipe that can be a great option for vegetarians to fill them up till the next meal. I recently cooked this last weekend for my family, and they literally finished it off in no time.
The Keto Cauliflower Tikka masala is so easy to prepare right at home in one pan with simple ingredients that can be easily found in any Indian kitchen and nearby grocery store. It is packed full of aromatic Indian condiments and spices that lend a wonderful texture and flavor to the gravy. I love to pair this easy Indian Keto recipe with my classic Keto Naan Bread and Cauliflower Rice for a complete meal. So let’s try making it!

Keto Cauliflower Tikka Masala Recipe
Equipment

Ingredients
- 1 640 g head cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp salt
To Make Sauce
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter or virgin coconut oil
- ½ 95g white onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6g tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ cups crushed tomatoes (360 g)
- ½ cup water (120 ml)
- ½ cup coconut cream or heavy whipping cream (120 ml)
- ¼ cup minced cilantro
Instructions
- Take a large pan and toss the cauliflower florets in a that with the oil and spices.
- Once tossed, arrange the cauliflower florets onto a foil-lined baking sheet. Then put them into the oven to bake for 30 minutes until they get tender.
- While cauliflower is baking, prepare the sauce. Heat the butter in a large deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Now, add in the onion, garlic, and ginger into the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until the onion starts to caramelize.
- After that add in the spices and cook the mix for about 30 seconds until aromatic.
- Now, pour in the tomatoes, water, and cream and cook the blend on simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Once the cauliflower is done add it to the pan with sauce. Toss to mix them well.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
