Stay away from white flour based carbs on Keto. No. you can’t eat chapatti in Keto diet. Because 1 chapatti contains about 20 grams of carbs.
Q: Can I eat potatoes in Keto?
No, potatoes are extremely high in carbs. One medium-sized potato contains about 36 grams of carbs, 3.8 grams of fiber, 4 grams of protein and less than a gram of fat. As a rule, you should not be having any veggies that grow under the ground.
To stay in Ketosis, you need to consume only 20-25 grams of carbs per day. So, eating just one potato may kick you out of Ketosis.
Q: What about sweet potatoes in a Ketogenic diet?
Sweet potatoes contain high carbs – about 23 grams and only 3 grams of fiber. So, you can’t eat them in Keto diet.
