When I began my keto journey, I was fully motivated, excited, and a little overwhelmed too. That time most of my meals contain eggs, meat, avocado, and cheese – though I’ve no complaints about it! But with time, I started craving for diversity. That’s when I started experimenting with plant-based options and bold flavours. Plus, I wanted something quicker to whip up after a long day. That’s how I came across the Keto Spicy Lemon Garlic Tofu recipe. It’s not only easy to prepare but also delicious. Hence, it’s typically part of my weekly diet rotation.
Tofu is a healthy food ingredient but it doesn’t get the spotlight that it deserves – particularly in the Keto world. But if cooked with the right ingredients, it can be a total flavor bomb. My today’s recipe brings in the zesty lemony touch to the recipe along with a kick of red pepper and garlicky goodness.
Besides being low in carbs, the flavorful ingredients make it a perfect savory dish. So, people with Ketogenic Lifestyle can easily make it part of their diet plan without compromising taste. The best part is that you can enjoy it either on its own, or just serve it with cauliflower rice, sautéed greens, or wrap it in lettuce leaves for a crunch Keto-conscious bite.
