Ingredients
Oats Gluten Free | 250 grams |
Almond Butter | 200 grams |
Chia Seeds | 60 grams |
Unsweetened cocoa powder plus | ½ teaspoon, divided |
Pistachios | 50 grams |
Vanilla extract | 1 teaspoon |
Procedure
- Take a medium bowl, mix oats, almond butter, chia seeds, 1 Tbsp cocoa powder, pistachios, and vanilla extract with a spoon until thoroughly combined.
- Shape the mixture into balls using your hands, and then arrange them on parchment paper inside an airtight container.
- Sprinkle the remaining cocoa powder over the balls. Chill in the refrigerator or freeze for a few hours or overnight.
