When people start their Keto Diet journey, they often get worried that they won’t be able to have their favorite desserts anymore. It’s pretty challenging to find tasty Ketogenic desserts in the market. But with the right ingredients and smart cooking skills, it’s easier to make perfect low-carb Ketogenic desserts at home.
With the same thought in mind, this time I have come up with my latest Keto Mason Jar Ice Cream Recipe. This ice cream is sweet, creamy, and loaded with the rich flavor of peanut butter. The best part about preparing this recipe is that it’s super easy. I love to make a huge batch of it on the summer weekends and store it in the freezer to enjoy anytime with my kids throughout the week.
For this recipe, I used heavy whipping cream to make a base for the ice cream. Whipping cream is a good source of fats, and adds a creamy, rich texture to the dessert. To make it low in carbs, I used all-natural peanut butter with a yummy nutty flavor. And, finally, to make it sweet, I use only granulated Stevia which is safe to use in Sugar-free Ketogenic Diet.
You can even switch up its flavors as per your liking. To do so, you can use various types of nutty butter, mix the cocoa powder in it for a chocolaty taste, or add any low-carb toppings of your choice.

200 gms Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tablespoons of Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips
85 gms of Softened Peanut Butter
85 gms of Granulated Stevia or any other Sweetener of Your Choice
1. Start by adding heavy whipping cream, softened peanut butter, and low-carb granulated Stevia into a mason jar.
2. Now use an immersion blender for mixing all the ingredients unless the volume doubles up.
3. Mix sugar-free tiny dark chocolate chips into the mixture.
4. Finally, cover the mason jar with its lid and let the ice cream freeze for at least 3 hours.
5. Enjoy after 3 hours.
