When embarking on a Keto diet journey, many people worry that they won’t be able to enjoy their favorite desserts anymore. Finding tasty Ketogenic desserts in the market can be quite challenging. However, with the right ingredients and some clever cooking skills, you can easily create delicious low-carb Keto desserts in the comfort of your own home.
With that in mind, I present to you my latest creation: Keto Mason Jar Ice Cream. This delightful treat is sweet, creamy, and bursting with the rich flavor of peanut butter. The best part? It’s incredibly easy to make. I love whipping up a large batch on summer weekends and storing it in the freezer, so my kids and I can enjoy it anytime throughout the week.
To create the base for this ice cream, I used heavy whipping cream, which provides a good source of healthy fats and lends a creamy, luxurious texture to the dessert. To keep it low in carbs, I opted for all-natural peanut butter, which adds a delightful nutty flavor. And for sweetness, I rely on granulated Stevia, a safe and sugar-free option in the Ketogenic diet.
The beauty of this recipe is that you can easily customize the flavors to your liking. Feel free to experiment with different types of nut butter, add a touch of cocoa powder for a chocolatey twist, or incorporate any low-carb toppings of your choice.
Whether you’re new to the Ketogenic diet or a seasoned follower, this easy ice cream recipe is sure to become a staple in your dessert collection, just like my beloved Keto Bulletproof Coffee Ice Cream. So grab your Mason jars and get ready to indulge in a guilt-free frozen delight.
