My Keto Avocado Bread recipe is a ritual that began when I decided to quit store-bought bread, which is often loaded with preservatives.

- 1 Large ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Sesame seeds for toppings (Optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.Take a bowl to mash ripe avocado until it forms a smooth paste-like consistency. Add apple cider vinegar and eggs to the mashed avocado and mix all ingredients well.
Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until properly combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan while smoothing out the top.Top with sesame seeds for added texture and flavor. Put it in an oven to bake for 40-45 minutes or until the bread turns golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
