To start, preheat your oven to 350ºF
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
Take a bowl and combine the almond flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking powder.
Now, add the egg, sweetener, and butter to another bowl and beat to mix really well.
After that, add the almond flour mixture and mix to combine.
Use a tablespoon to make scoop balls of dough and set them onto the prepared baking sheets. Make sure you give them a good cookie-like shape.
Now, bake them in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
After 12-15 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
