Sugar-Free Keto Bark with Crunchy Bits

Sugar-Free Keto Bark with Crunchy Bits

If you’re following a Keto Diet but find yourself frequently indulging in sweets and breaking your diet, you might want to give my new sugar-free recipe a try. With this dessert, you can satisfy your sweet tooth without any guilt.

As someone who has been on the Keto Diet for years, I’m always looking for new and exciting recipes that fit my dietary restrictions. Recently, I stumbled upon a recipe for Sugar-Free Keto Bark with Crunchy Bits, and let me tell you, it’s a game-changer.

This recipe typically includes a mixture of healthy fats, like coconut oil or grass-fed butter, combined with low-carb ingredients like cacao powder and shredded coconut. And, like my Keto Sugar-Free Kalakand recipe, this recipe also includes a lot of nuts and even some shredded coconut.

One of the primary benefits of this recipe is that it is sugar-free, meaning it won’t spike your blood sugar levels like traditional chocolate treats. Instead, it’s sweetened with natural sugar substitutes like stevia or erythritol, which won’t kick you out of Ketosis.

In addition to being a delicious dessert option, this recipe is also a great way to get in some healthy fats on the Keto diet. Nuts, coconut, and MCT oil are all excellent sources of healthy fats that can provide long-lasting energy and help keep you feeling full and satisfied.

This recipe is perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without derailing your Ketogenic diet. And the best part? It’s incredibly easy to make. Here’s how:

Serves – 12 Medium Equal Pieces

Prep Time – 10 Minutes

Cook Time – 2 Minutes

Ingredients

350 g sugar-free dark chocolate chips

4 tsp coconut oil

85 g almonds, roughly chopped

85 g  cup pistachios, roughly chopped

85 g cup toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped

Stevia as per taste

Procedure

1. Line a baking sheet or container with parchment paper. Prepare the sheet spreading the coconut oil on all sides.

2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds or on a stove over low heat, stir continuously

3. Now, pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet.  Make sure you spread the melted chocolate evenly using a spatula.

4. After that sprinkle the chopped almonds, hazelnuts, and pistachios over the chocolate.

5. Transfer the chocolate container or baking sheet to the fridge for 2 hours, and wait for the chocolate to get completely hardened.

6. When the chocolate is completely hardened, break it into pieces and enjoy in portions.

I absolutely love this recipe because it’s so customizable. I’ve experimented with different nuts and seeds many times. Sometimes, I’ll sprinkle some flaky sea salt on top of the bark before freezing it for an extra salty-sweet contrast. The possibilities are endless, and I love that I can tailor this recipe to my own taste preferences.

Overall, if you’re looking for a Keto-friendly treat that won’t derail your diet, this Sugar-Free Keto Bark with Crunchy Bits is definitely worth trying. It’s easy to make, satisfyingly crunchy, and totally delicious. Give it a try and see for yourself!
