- 200 gm Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Tablespoons of Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips
- 85 gm of Softened Peanut Butter
- 85 gm of Granulated Stevia or any other Sweetener of Your Choice
- Start by adding heavy whipping cream, softened peanut butter, and low-carb granulated Stevia into a mason jar.
- Now use an immersion blender for mixing all the ingredients unless the volume doubles up.
- Mix sugar-free tiny dark chocolate chips into the mixture.
- Finally, cover the mason jar with its lid and let the ice cream freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Enjoy after 3 hours.
