Ingredients

  • 1 Slices Bacon
  • 240 grams Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 100 grams Baby Spinach
  • 240 grams Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 60 grams  Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  • First, preheat your oven to 180 degree C/356F.
  • Now, take a cast-iron frying pan and heat it over a high heat over a gas top.
  • Dice the bacon and add to the pan. Sauté it for 4 minutes, then add butter.
  • Later, add mushrooms and sauté for 3 more minutes.
  • Toss in spinach and cook for 2 minutes until wilted. Turn off the heat.
  • Sprinkle cheddar over sautéed ingredients.
  • Now take a mixing bowl and whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper in until combined.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the pan and then place it in the oven.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until eggs are set.
  • Take out of the oven, slice into four pieces, and serve.
