Though you are free to roll a roti of any size, a roti with an 8-inch diameter is the ideal option.
Most people will find the smell of psyllium husk to be unbearable. In order to mask this smell, you can add some salt, chili powder, dry fenugreek leaves (dry and powdered), and asafoetida to the dough.
