130 grams Almond Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 teaspoon Salt

2 teaspoons Coffee Grounds

64 grams Cocoa Powder

96 grams Granular Monkfruit Sweetener or Stevia powder or sweetener of your choice

130 grams Almond Butter

32 grams Melted Butter

2 large Eggs, beaten

120 grams Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips, optional


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2. Take a mixing bowl and combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, coffee grounds, cocoa powder, and monkfruit.

3. Add in the almond butter, melted butter and beaten eggs and stir until smooth. The mixture should be thick.

4. Add in the chocolate chips.

5. Place lightly greased parchment paper in an 8×8 baking pan and spread the batter evenly in the pan.

6. Bake for 20-22 minutes.

7. Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing.
