You can try this easy Ketogenic grilled chicken recipe too, and make your lunchtime at work exciting and yummy. All you need for Ketogenic grilled chicken is buttermilk, which is so easily found in Indian households, as so many of us make butter at home from cream.

250 gm Chicken Breast with bone 30 gm Butter 1/4 cup Fresh Garlic leaves chopped 150 ml Butter Milk or Lassi or Chaach Salt according to taste ½ tsp Black Pepper powder 1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander 2 Green Chilies finely chopped optional 1/4 tsp Pink Salt
Marinate the chicken in buttermilk and all the other ingredients overnight, or for at least three to four hours.
Cook the chicken on medium heat until thoroughly cooked and the buttermilk dries up. Now add the butter raise the heat ,and sear the chicken until it gets a nice golden colour on the outside.
Switch off the heat, cover it and let it rest for five to seven minutes.
Slice the chicken and carry it to work. Enjoy!
Tip: If you have the time make some Shrikhand for yourself too. It will only elevate your lunch to a whole new level.
