Ingredients
  

  • 30  gms  Dried Mini Shrimps
  • 30  gms  Chopped Onions
  • 2 tsp  Ghee
  • Pinch of Turmeric Powder
  • White and Pink Salt, according to taste
  • ¼ tsp  Mustard Seeds, whole
  • ¼ tsp  Chilly powder Optional
  • Dried Curry leaves, few

Instructions
 

  • In a wok heat the ghee.
  •  Drop the mustard seeds, lower the heat and add the curry leaves.
  • Next add the chopped onions, saute till they change colour.
  •  Add the salt, turmeric, red chilly powder. Saute on low heat.
  • Drop the shrimps in the wok and lower the heat.
  •  Now add a dash of water, cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
