- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 3/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2-1 teaspoon Ground Cardamom
- 2 tablespoons Truvia or Stevia
- 1/2 Superfine Almond Flour
- 2-3 Saffron Strands
Take a saucepan and add flutter cream, almond flour, almond milk, Truvia, cardamom, and crushed saffron into it. Now cook all the ingredients over medium heat till the mixture boils and flutters to avert lumps. When the Phirni seethes, reduce the flame and let it simmer till the mixture turns into a thin pancake batter-like consistency.
Now turn the flame off, let it cool down and freeze for 1-2 hours.
Take out the mixture from the freezer and sprinkle some ground cardamon before serving it in bowls.
