The outcome of the practices – such as asanas, pranayama, and meditation – that we follow in yoga are intertwined with our lifestyle, nutrition, and the environment in which we live. While offering consultation on Keto diet and nutrition, I try to emphasize this interdependency.
On Yoga Day 2024, I decided to become a part of the Habuild community to advocate for the symbiotic relationship between yoga and nutrition.
Habuild is a startup based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, that was founded in 2022. Its mission is to help people develop healthy habits by utilizing technology. The motto of the startup is “We build habits, and habits build you” – very well said.
With over 198K subscribers on its YouTube channel, on January 12, 2024, the startup was awarded the Guinness Book of World Records for “the most viewers for a yoga live stream on YouTube.” 246,252 people joined their yoga session on that day.
On June 21, 2024, the world celebrated 10th International Yoga Day. As a prelude to International Yoga Day, I participated in Habuild’s 21-Day Yoga Challenge this June.
This culminated in a monumental achievement on June 21, 2024, when the Habuild team, along with over 250 members, led a yoga session involving an astounding 599,162 participants. The world record was recognised by the World Record Union (WRU).
I am deeply honoured to have received the World Record Certificate from the WRU for my contribution to this groundbreaking event. The profound impact that integrating yoga and healthy habits can have on individual and global well-being is a testament to the transformative power of collective action.
As we continue to embrace yoga and healthy habits, let’s inspire others to join us on this journey towards a healthier and happier you. Together, we can create lasting change and elevate the health and well-being of both – you and the communities around you.
