    My husband & I are in our 50’s &starting Keto diet together. What should our daily diet plan look like.
    We eat all veggies & chicke, fish , eggs.

    Hi Priya,

    I started Keto a month ago. Lost 4 kgs.
    But I’m not feeling fresh and energetic as u say.
    Somehow I’m drowsy and I gets bouts of dizziness and weakness. Somedays I feel hungry, maybe I’m not tAking enough fats.
    As guided, my daily diet is
    3-4 eggs
    500 gms meat/chick/fish
    500 gms leafy veg/veg
    100gm curd
    20 almonds
    2walnuts
    A protein bar
    Cheese 50 gm
    Butter 50 gm

    I’m not able to take as much quantity. Esp of the veg n butter.
    No inch loss so far too.
    I feel too much egg n meat mY cause higher cholesterol although I haVe not yet checked.
    Pl guide me whethEr I’m on the right track
    I’m in noida.

      You cannot eat food randomly on this diet. You first need to calculate your macros and calories intake. Drop me an email, will explain in detail.
