15 Keto Food Recipes without Eggs for Indian Vegetarians

Keto Food Recipes without Eggs for Indian Vegetarians

Keto diet is an effective way of losing weight while keeping your body fit.

But what if you’re a vegetarian?

Most vegetarians shy away from opting for this diet, since they think that Keto diet is largely about eggs, meat, fish, etc.

However, this is not true. After coaching so many and with the experience that I have over the years, I can tell you with confidence that vegetarian food fits pretty well on a Keto diet. Vegetarians have enough options and can adapt to a Ketogenic Lifestyle with ease, under proper guidance.

What does a Keto diet plan without eggs consist of?

A typical Vegetarian Keto diet plan will consist of mostly all green veggies, yogurt, nuts, paneer, cottage cheese, tofu and all kinds of cheese.

The main objective of curating this list, is to tempt pure vegetarians and minimize carbon footprint while decreasing animal abuse. And while you help the planet you also get fit and lose weight.

Keto diet is to train the body to utilize fats as an energy source rather than carbohydrates. Carbohydrate is the major source of energy in the human body. When we minimize carbohydrate intake, our body starts utilizing energy from other sources. This helps in breaking down fat to convert it into energy. With more breakdown of fats, your body starts losing weight.

So, if you are on a Keto diet and struggling to find something that’s pure veg, this list is for you.
