My Keto journey started on 1st January 2015 with a focus on losing weight. When I started, I was 100 kg. Today I am in a healthy weight range, and successfully maintaining it for the past 6 years. My trials and failures with the Keto diet have led me to a transformed version of me.

I am a Certified Nutritionist and Certified Elite Trainer from ISSA, California.

My motto is to promote self-love and fitness as a way to health and wellness.”

Firstly, I would like to tell one and all, that Keto is not a diet that you can Google and do by making notes from the internet. It is a very scientific diet, and you should be guided into it by a professional. You can always carry the baton on your own, once you learn the basics of the Ketogenic Diet from an experienced Nutrition Coach like me.

In my program we work like a team, you have me supporting you at every step of the way. It has often been seen that most people fall out of a diet, very soon, if they feel that they are doing it alone and have nobody to reach out to.

And I strongly believe that if the plans are not personalized eventually, you will lose the motivation. Hence, I insist that you tell me your preferences in detail, and then I try my best to design plans for you, keeping those in mind.

We set the target together and reach it together. The progress is checked on a weekly basis and targets revised as and when we reach them.

And since I take every client and his story very passionately, you will find me just a ping away almost around the clock.
