Stir-fries are one of my favorite (and easiest) dishes to make during weeknights when I want to eat something light but tasty. Today I have got you a recipe that is a great meal if you have a diet regime, whether Keto or non-Keto.

This Keto Chicken Broccoli Stir Fry is a great way to have fun with food and make dinner more exciting. It is a super easy recipe where you cook chicken and broccoli together in one pot with a tasty sauce.

It promises a burst of tantalizing flavors and proves that eating healthy doesn’t have to mean sacrificing taste. The best part is that it requires minimal effort, 20 minutes of your time, and just one pan to clean up.

So without further ado, let’s dive into the making of this scrumptious Keto Chicken Broccoli Stir Fry – where easy meets delicious!

Ingredients 📝

Red chilli flakes and spring Onion Greens 200 gram
Sesame oil 2 tablespoons
Broccoli Florets 200 gram
Ginger, finely chopped 1 tablespoon
Garlic, finely chopped 1 tablespoon
Chicken Broth 1 cup (0.24 liters)
Soy Sauce/ Coconut Aminos (if you are strict on Keto Diet) 2 tablespoons
Red chilli flakes and spring Onion Greens for garnishing
Salt to taste
Pepper (grounded) to taste

Method ♨️

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with a mix of salt and pepper.
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil, then add the chicken pieces. Cook on high heat until the chicken turns brown. Take it out and set it aside.
  3. In the same pan, put in ginger and garlic. Toss in broccoli florets and cook until they are tender but still a bit crisp.
  4. Feel free to include green and red bell peppers and mushrooms for added flavor and variety.
  5. Add the chicken back into the pan and give it a good toss.
  6. In a bowl, mix the chicken broth and Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos. Pour this mixture into the pan.
  7. Cover the pan and let it cook for a few minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
  8. Toss everything on high flame for a quick couple of seconds to keep it crispy.
  9. Sprinkle some red chili flakes and chopped spring onion greens as a garnish.
  10. Enjoy it hot.
